Free eye exams are available for infants between zero to twelve months, through the nationwide Infantsee program.
The American Optometric Association founded the InfantSee program in 2005 in an effort to detect eye problems at an earlier age.
Kora Lowrey recently participated in the program and received her first every eye exam for free. Her parents, Natalie and Phil Lowrey haven't noticed any vision problems but wanted to make sure her eyes were developing normally.

Orthopedic surgeon Barry Gainor has spent over a decade lending a helping hand to pull in funds by pulling strings.
