Degree Verification

Enrollment Verification

George Fox has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verifications. This service is used by current George Fox students or recent alumni to report current or recent enrollment.

There are a few ways to obtain enrollment verification.

• To instantly access and print an enrollment verification form, log in to . Click on "Verifications" (under Student Resources or Alumni Resources). You will be redirected to the National Student Clearinghouse website, where you can select "current enrollment" or "all enrollment" and then click the "obtain an enrollment certificate" link.
  Note that this certificate only shows enrollment for the current or past terms. If you need future (upcoming terms) enrollment verified, see next bullet for instructions.
  
• To request an enrollment verification for a future term or one to be sent by the registrar's office, please submit an  We will send the verification within two weeks. You may attach additional documents to be completed if needed.
  Note: You must be logged in to your George Fox email, in another tab in your browser, to be able to access this form.
• To just provide documentation of your grades and/or GPA (example: good student discount for auto insurance), ask if an unofficial transcript will suffice. You can print all unofficial transcripts through .
  Choose "Academic Records," and then "View Unofficial Transcript." If you need something more official, complete the Enrollment Verification Request form linked above.
• To show proof of enrollment for a loan deferment, send your Direct Loan Deferment form to the National Student Clearinghouse for enrollment verification. Include this cover sheet with your loan deferment form. These can either be mailed to the address provided on the cover sheet or emailed to memberops@studentclearinghouse.org.
